PPCS is led by its Founder and Chief Executive, a highly experienced consultant with over 25 years experience in strategic procurement and project management. She has successfully managed donor-funded projects across sectors such as the agriculture value chain, youth employment, poverty alleviation, public works, capacity building and Training .

Holding MSc degrees in Project Management and Strategic Procurement Management from top UK universities, she is further trained in monitoring & evaluation, stakeholder engagement, event planning, documentation and information management and communications.

To ensure quality and scalability, the Chief Executive is supported by a network of experts with vast experience and technical know-how across the procurement and project management spectrum at the international level, financial management and IT experts across Africa, USA and in Canada on contract basis. This flexible team model enables PPCS to deliver tailored and effective solutions to its clients.
